Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging with Dr. Zaheer Danish Consulting, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

2. Services Provided

We provide vibe coding consulting, SaaS development, architecture design, and media pipeline optimization as agreed upon in individual statements of work.

3. Payment Terms

Invoices are generally due within 30 days of receipt unless specified otherwise. We accept wire transfers and major credit cards.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you will own all code, designs, and architectural plans developed specifically for your project, except for any pre-existing intellectual property which remains ours.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for consequential damages.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. You are responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of Dr. Zaheer Danish Consulting.
